Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at plumberinsandiegoca.com (the “Site”) and your engagement with the plumbing services provided by Plumber in San Diego, CA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or scheduling our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services in San Diego County, California, including but not limited to: drain cleaning, sewer line repair, leak detection, slab leak repair, water heater installation and repair, hydro-jetting, and emergency plumbing services.

All services are performed by CSLB-licensed technicians in compliance with the California Plumbing Code (CPC 2022) and applicable San Diego Municipal Code requirements.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates before any work begins. Estimates are based on a visual assessment of the reported issue. In the event that additional work is discovered during the course of a job that was not visible or reasonably anticipated at the time of the estimate, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional scope of work.

Final invoices reflect the approved scope of work. We do not add charges that were not discussed and approved in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved payment methods as listed at the time of service. For large commercial projects, payment schedules may be established in a separate written agreement.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our labor and workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of service, unless otherwise specified in writing. Parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer warranties, which we will communicate to you at the time of installation.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work performed.

5. Permits

Where required by the City of San Diego or San Diego County, we will obtain the necessary plumbing permits on your behalf. Permit fees are separate from labor and materials costs and will be disclosed in your estimate.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians with safe, reasonable access to the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested service. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or conditions outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice for scheduled (non-emergency) calls may be subject to a service call fee.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in San Diego County.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
